Returns/Exchanges

Selviee does not offer returns for refunds. We do offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery date. You must send in your request to Info@selviee.com Once we receive the item(s) back we will go ahead and process the exchange. Items MUST be in their original delivery condition. No exceptions.

 

Shipping/Lost/Stolen Packages

We offer standard shipping and priority shipping through USPS and UPS. All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. 

Selviee is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you track your package. Once your package leaves our premises USPS or UPS is responsible. You may submit a claim to USPS or UPS.
